Two digits, a blank page, and the generation after this one.
We are early. The problems are unsolved, the decisions are still being made, and the work you do here will be visible in the product.
Read this part honestly.
We are a small team building an ecosystem, which means the scope is larger than the headcount and will be for a while. You will own more than your title suggests. You will work next to hardware people if you are a software person, and next to model people if you are a hardware person. Some of what you build will be thrown away, and you will be told why.
If you want a defined lane and a five-year roadmap, this is the wrong moment to join us. If you have been waiting for a blank page, it is here.
Four habits, not a culture deck.
-
Small teams, real ownership
Two or three people, one problem, end to end. No handoff layers between the person who understands the problem and the person who solves it.
-
Prototypes over documents
An argument settled by a working thing beats one settled by a deck. Build it, then decide.
-
Disagreement in the open
The strongest reasoning wins, regardless of who is holding it. Say the uncomfortable thing early, when it is still cheap.
-
Ship, then tell the truth about it
We measure what happened, not what we hoped would happen, and we correct in public inside the team.
What you would actually work on.
Making models reason reliably enough to be trusted with real decisions. Running serious intelligence on hardware with a power budget. Designing interfaces for systems that are occasionally wrong. Building a permission and memory layer that a security team will sign off on. Making a dozen products feel like one.
None of these are solved. That is the point.
No roles are posted right now.
Which does not mean we are not hiring. If you read the thesis page and felt something, write to us — tell us what you would build here.
Building hardware, or building on us.
Software and silicon integration means we work with manufacturing, component and platform partners — and with teams who want to build on our layers rather than rebuild them. If that is you, the same door works.
Start at zero with us.
Every application gets a human response. It may take a week; it will come.
