What this site stores
One thing, and it never leaves your browser: whether you chose the light or the dark field, so the site looks the way you left it. It is stored locally, we cannot read it, and clearing your site data removes it.
There is no advertising cookie on this site, no cross-site tracker, and no third-party script that profiles you.
Measurement
We measure four things: whether the thesis page is read to the end, which of the three paths people take, contact submissions by category, and list sign-ups. The point is to know whether the site works, not who you are.
A site that publishes the privacy copy this one publishes cannot ship an analytics script that contradicts it, so we do not.
Your choice
Because nothing here follows you, there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss. If that changes, we will ask first and the honest default will be off.
