Working notes.

Occasional writing from the people building this. No announcements, no roadmap.

The launch essay goes here.

One engineering essay, under a named author, on a real problem this team has solved. It reveals no product and no timeline, and it is specific enough that an engineer reading it can tell the work is real.

Why this page exists

Everything else on this site is positioning. Positioning is cheap and every company at this stage has some. This page is the only place a sceptical engineer can check whether the positioning is backed by capability — which is why it ships at launch rather than after it.

An empty blog is worse than no blog. One genuine essay, written well, converts interesting positioning into these people can build. A publishing schedule is not required and should not be promised.

Shapes that reveal nothing commercial

A hard constraint hit running inference on a power budget, and what was done about it. Why a shared memory layer across products is harder than it looks, and the design landed on. How a system is calibrated to say “I don’t know”, and why most do not. What breaks moving from a demo to fifty thousand concurrent users.

1,200 to 2,000 words. Named author with a role. No marketing call to action at the end — a link to careers is enough.

More when there is more.

We write when there is something worth writing about, which is not often.
