What we collect

From this website: the contents of any form you send us — your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no session recording, and no third-party analytics that follows you elsewhere.

We keep a minimal, privacy-respecting record of which pages are read so we can tell whether the site is doing its job. It is not tied to you, and it is not shared.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to answer you. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing sequence you did not ask for, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers.

If you join the early list, we hold your email address for that one purpose and write to you when there is something real. Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

Where it lives and how long

Form submissions and list subscriptions are held by our infrastructure and email providers, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Enquiries are retained while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. List subscriptions are held until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it — we do not require a form or a legal letter to honour a request that we hold nothing we should not.

If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, those rights apply in full and this policy does not reduce them.

This policy covers the website. Where intelligence can run on your device rather than ours, it does; where it cannot, you can see what leaves and you can take it back. Product-specific terms will be published alongside each product and will be held to the commitments stated here.
